Location, friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed, A/C not too loud and helped drown out the street noise. Great hotel bar (Scarpetta’s) Would LOVE to buy an amenity bar “hutch” similar to what is in rooms. Housekeeping personnel was very lovely and hospitable. Front desk team was very accommodating and responded timely to requests or maintenence requests.

Fantastic location set in the heart of midtown. Close to two train stations on 28th St (R/W Line and the 6 Line). Close enough walk to Penn St Station and Grand Central Station for interstate and other lines. Lots to see and do in the area, plenty of coffee shops, food options, wash & fold services. Rooms were very well sized, with plenty of space to walk around, layout luggage and with a wardrobe for hanging clothes. Good sized bathroom with a standup shower (not bath/shower combo). Front desk and door staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely met and exceeded expectations. Had previously stayed in the Mondrian / Hotel Park Ave round the corner - and found that the Hotel Seville Nomad was a better choice. The rooms were bigger, hotel staff more attentive, and the hotel felt more quiet, even though the lobby was always vibing. Would definitely come back here on future trips to NYC.

Given that the price of Manhattan hotels has gone through the roof ever since airbnb option largely went away, I was pleasantly surprised by the solid value this hotel provided. The room was large by Manhattan standards and cute in its decor. The bed was comfortable, the shades and air worked well and so it was great for getting a good night's sleep which is not always easy in Manhattan. The bathroom and shower were similarly good. While it does need a bit of updating compared to some other hotels I've stayed in in this area which were more expensive but not as good, I would definitely recommend trying this one as it is a good value for what you get. Also the staff were uniformly nice and helpful.

First, the room was amazing! Huge and very clean and the bathroom was so spacious and had a great shower and bathtub. I LOVED the fact that the room was very bright and white and modern, rather than some of the dark, heavy wood walled hotels. The hotel location was very convenient for our needs. The staff was just so lovely and sent me up a piece of birthday cake and bottle of wine for my 60th birthday! It was such a lovely surprise. And all the staff was especially friendly and nice, front desk, etc. The evening wine and hot chocolate bar, the morning coffee....all of these amenities were wonderful. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays, so cozy and festive! The doormen were always super helpful in getting our taxis and Ubers, really exceptional people there.
